Standard subscriptions You can cancel at any time from your billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the month you’ve paid for. We do not refund partial months. [CONFIRM]

Early adopter (one-time payment) You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have not used more than one license key on a site. After 14 days, or after the key has been used, the payment is non-refundable. [CONFIRM]

Design partner licenses These are free, so there is no refund.

Extra licenses Each extra license is billed like a Standard subscription. You can cancel an extra license as you would any subscription.

How to request a refund Email support@gr8erinfinity.com with your account email and the transaction ID from your receipt. We process approved refunds through Paddle, which returns the money to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Chargebacks without contact may lead to your account being suspended.
