These terms apply to your use of ZWH HQ (the “Service”), provided by Ziv Rozenberg (“we”, “us”), based in Israel.

1. Using the Service. The Service monitors your websites for uptime and performance, and checks SEO and AI-search readiness. You must be the owner of, or authorized to manage, any website you add.

2. Accounts. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Give accurate information when you sign up.

3. Plans and payment. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record. The available plans are:

  • Standard: a monthly subscription. Each license covers one site.
  • Early adopter: a one-time payment that gives four years of access for one site, with no renewal.
  • Design partner: free access granted by us, for a set period.

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Paddle may add applicable taxes.

4. License keys. License keys are for your use only. Do not share them or use them on sites you are not authorized to manage. We may revoke a key if it is misused or the account is in breach of these terms.

5. Service availability. We aim to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Monitoring results depend on the checks being able to reach your site.

6. Acceptable use. Do not use the Service to attack, overload, or probe websites you don’t own, or for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property. The Service and its software belong to us. You keep ownership of your website content.

8. Cancellation. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

9. Limitation of liability. The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes. We may update these terms. We will notify account holders of material changes by email.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
