This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use ZWH HQ, and how we use it. The controller is Ziv Rozenberg, Khavatselet St 6, Kfar Yona, Israel.

What we collect

  • Account details: name and email address, from your sign-in provider (Clerk, or Google if you sign in with Google).
  • Billing details: handled by Paddle. We receive your name, email, country, and transaction records. We do not store full payment card numbers.
  • Website data: the addresses of sites you monitor, uptime results, and performance results.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and log records needed to run and secure the Service.

How we use it

  • To provide the Service, manage your account, and send license keys.
  • To process payments and comply with tax and accounting obligations.
  • To send service emails, such as renewal and security notices.
  • To keep the Service secure and prevent misuse.

Who we share it with

  • Clerk (sign-in), Paddle (payments and tax), and Cloudflare (hosting and storage). They process data on our behalf.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

Storage and security Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Sensitive values, such as plugin credentials, are encrypted. Access is limited to the people who need it.

How long we keep it We keep account and billing records for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, except for records we must keep by law.

Your rights You may ask to see, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Contact support@gr8erinfinity.com. If you’re in the EU or UK, you also have the rights set out in the GDPR or UK GDPR.

Cookies The dashboard uses cookies that are needed for sign-in. We don’t use advertising cookies.

Children The Service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes We may update this policy. We will notify account holders of material changes.
